Yes! We offer telehealth sessions for clients throughout California, as well as in-person sessions at our office
in Tarzana, CA.

We accept certain insurance plans and also offer private pay options. Please contact us to verify

During your first session, we will:

How often should I attend therapy?

The frequency of therapy sessions depends on your needs. Some clients come weekly, while others may
attend biweekly or monthly.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. All information shared in therapy is confidential, with the following legal exceptions:

  • Court orders or subpoenas
  • Risk of harm to yourself or others

What age groups do you work with?

We serve adults, adolescents (teens), and families.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a
cancellation fee.
